We back every purchase with our Legendary 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 90 days please do not hesitate to contact us. You can buy with confidence knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you won’t be left out in the cold.
You can return or exchange your purchase from any of our stores, online, or by phone orders within 90 days of purchase. The products must be returned in new, resell-able condition for a full refund. This also includes the original packaging/box. Any warrantied product may be serviced directly by the manufacturer who issued the warranty.
We require proof of purchase to honor a refund or exchange.
If you belong to our Rewards Program, your transaction can be retrieved from our system.
Bulk Returns (25+ items) through our Corporate Outfitting Department will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returns with Receipt:
Items returned within the guidelines that are accompanied by a receipt will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable tax, in the original payment method.
Returns without Receipt:
Items returned within the guidelines without a receipt will be processed at the lowest sale price plus applicable sales tax. Such items may be exchanged for the same product or exchanged for a “Merchandise Gift Card”. This Merchandise Gift Card will be redeemable only by the person to whom the card was issued to. Upon redemption of the merchandise gift card, a valid photo ID will be required.
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in the shipment of your order.
In order to make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we cannot accept a return or exchange (even within 90 days of purchase) in certain situations, including:
• Products damaged by improper care or negligence (including pet damage and smoke).
• Products showing excessive wear and tear.
• Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster.
• Products with a missing interior label or label that has been impaired.
• Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction.
• Products that have been soiled or contaminated, defective items returned for service must be washed.
• Returns on Firearms, ammunition, reloading components, undergarments, food, and electronics.
• On rare occasions, past habitual abuse of our Returns Agreement.
If you have a defective item, we will do our best to work with you and the manufacturer for a repair or replacement. Since manufacture’s warranties vary, our staff will determine the best course of action on a case by case basis. We stand behind our products and if they fail we want to ensure that you get the item back in your hands so you can continue your adventure.

In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your footwear for exchange or credit within 90 days if the shoes are unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt.
If your new shoes or boots fail due to a manufacturer’s defect, we are happy to return or exchange your footwear according to manufacturer’s guidelines.
